QUESTIONS

  • Moved into renovated home was to be done by 6/18 (day moved in). Upon arrival; 2 baseball size holes in 2 windows & piles of trash under carport. Due to incorrect measurements windows would be another week. Week1 dryer vent had to be re-cut, electrician rewired house due to fire hazard. Week2 plumbing unable to do laundry 2weeks now, family has to share 1 bathroom, windows not replaced. Week3 windows replaced 7/1–7/6, plumbing on hold to find better price (laundry?), & still sharing bathroom. Was given 1 months free rent but asking us to pay full electricity bill. What are her obligations?

  • i would like to know if these siuations would be considered a form of child abuse. I consider them, but not sure if my view is correct. First to lock a child in there bedroom from 7 pm to 7 am note child is 4 yrs old. and has child is potty trained but must pee in room or in there pants to relieve themselves. I find this terribly wrong. next recently a crack pipe was found in bedroom of child the child has been known to freely walk to neibors where she possibly found pipe, i feel child should not be left alone long enough to walk to neibors house search around and return parent not aware ther

  • My grandmother passed away 08/04/15, She had a living will and trust naming my mother and Uncle as the beneficiaries of her house. The house is paid off and the deed was never transferred into my uncle or mother's name. Now,my mother passed on 09/14/15. My mother did not have a will or trust. My uncle does not want the house and wants to leave it to me; but, my sibling,my mom's only son, says he is entitled to a third of the house?is this true or is my Uncle the sole owner of the house?   • I went to the local SS office for help because I did not get my SSI check. The said it was a paperwork error and updated my information. Then I got an interview appointment sent to me and went to it plus had my sons wife with me for help with paperwork. I have severe PTSD and felt threatened by security when he stood behind me with his hand on the gun. I went outside and turns out my sons wife told lies, saying I own many autos and a house, I don't, I am denied an appeal, I need my money, I am homeless. How do I get help.
  • July of this year my ex-husband passed away and I am executor of his will. I have got a estimate of his mobile home and property. I am the one who is to receive any of his property. My question is do I have to put the property and mobile home in my name as I do not intend to keep it. It is completely paid for. The reason I ask this question is that I am on disability and have no intention to live there due to my health because the place is about 5 miles out in the country. If I put it in my name will it have effect on the benefits I get from disability and the state. Please let me know as soon as someone gets to answer this.
