  • I’ve lived in my apartment for 8 years and they have never replaced my carpet. Is there any law that will force the property managers to replace my carpet.
  • Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I have 2 siblings and a step sibling who are sole beneficiaries of a trust. My step dad passed almost a year ago. We have heard nothing about the status of the trust. All of his personal property has been sold and presumably those funds have been added to the trust. None of us are contesting the distribution of funds. How long should it generally take for us to hear when we may receive our inheritance and how can I follow up on the courts progress?   • How can I get help ? I have a neighboring tentant and they keep harrasing me. I don't know them or know their names. I've reported complaints to manager about them throwing large amounts of cigarettes at my door- even leaving them burning at my door step. There is a  10 day notice that has passed and they continue the harrassment..
  • I live in a mobilehome park for 18 yrs. l. Then I receive a letter by the park lawyer. On the letter states that my oldest daughter broke in my neighbors cars, in the carport and also broke in their mobilehome. Cause of you get three write ups they will force me to move out of the park and sell it.
  • I am a landlord with a Phoenix rental condo. As a result of plumbing work done by the HOA in the wall between my unit and another, a minor flood was caused resulting in water damage to the floor and some of my tenants items. I am dealing with my insurance company to do repairs. In the meantime, my tenant has decided to withhold rent (for 2 months now). Is this allowed under the law?
