  • Is rent late if mailed on due date and lanlords live in another state
  • My son purchased a home for me. I have lived in it for 16 months. Now he wants me out of the house. Everyone knows the House was given to me. My other son lives with me. When he closed on the Home he put it in an LLC. Not sure if my name is on the LLC or not. I honestly did not think about it at time of closing. It’s a townhome in Scottsdale. I’m on SS and have limited income. My son was diagnosed with mental disorders recently
  • I was granted full legal and physical custody of my two children. Their mother is allowed visits that I have increased to full weekend overnights, but now she is threatening legal action because I wont give her anything she wants. I have suspended visits because she has a delicate mental state and I dont want her rage towards me to hurt the children. She has a history of suicide attempts, bi-polar disorder, and neglect both of herself and the kids. She says it is against the law to deny her wishes and me having custody means nothing but a placeholder until she "takes them back". Am I wrong?
  • where do i go to find information on parenting classes
  • We are in a lease and the owner listed house for sale. Can they post pictures of our belongings on the sites they're advertising the house on? I feel violated and fear a break in.

I need a copy of her death certificate and all my attempts have been denied by her dad, who only wanted Deb to leave me so her dad could put her in a long term care facility. I need the certificate for our bank and many of Debra's doctors, which include creditors. I need an attorney that can request this document for me. Bill
  • I HAVE A NEW JOB NEED TO REPORT THE CHANGE SO I CAN BE DEDUCTED WHO DO I CONTACT?
  • I am reaching out on behalf of my mother. My mother has toxoplasmosis and has been losing her eyesight gradually. It is hard for her to do things by herself (but she is proud and I can’t watch her all the time to make sure she doesn’t cause issues like this). My mom ordered checks through a third party associated with her bank. this website makes her enter her own account numbers. Due to this, she accidentally made bad checks and tried to pay her rent with one. They didn’t notify us until yesterday that the check bounced and are trying to charge us 100 dollars in fees. Can I fight this legally
  • I worked for an AC company and during that time of my employment my AC needed service. They fixed it at a discount price and we agreed that I would make weekly payment until the balance is paid. Well I was terminated before being able to pay off the balance. My question is can they withhold that from my final paycheck? Also they're charging me for a price book that I dont have and some uniforms that were missing but I turned in whatever uniforms I had. Can they withhold that as well?
  • Where can I find curfew laws?
