QUESTIONS

  • We signed a 2 yr extended lease with the original property mngmnt. Since the extension, they have sold the property. The new mngmnt is not responsive to repairs. My dishwasher has now been out for 3 weeks, & they say that's the best they can do. Also, a barrier wall is breaking due to our neighbors tree and cynder blocks are falling into our yard. We have 2 dogs and 2 children I am afraid will get hurt. I have the area blocked off, and the mngmnt says they cannot fix this. I am at my wits end and am not sure what steps I need to take to either demand repairs or terminate th lease.
  • If I was being charged by landlord for pet without it being listed in my contract are they supposed to reimburse the money that was charged? This was going on almost a year-and-a-half, until I went directly to the management can I have the fees taken off.
  • My landlord has 3 apt rentals and I rent a spot for my 5th wheel. The s septic tank needed to be dug up and My trailer was moved. He hasn't finished the job and my trailer is not level and my large font porch is not put back together. The yard is still all dug up. Can he leave it like that?

I went outside and turns out my sons wife told lies, saying I own many autos and a house, I don't, I am denied an appeal, I need my money, I am homeless. How do I get help.
