I was evicted from my home that I own. Not the land. Was evicted because they said I had a unauthorized roommate and when I asked her to leave she called the police on me and said I pushed her. Both where lies. I haven't even been convicted of the crime. Now they say I can't sell my home unless I pay for lot fees that I owe them after the eviction. They refuse to take my money but then say I still have to pay lot fees. Can I sell my home and not pay these fees. She is telling buyers she can refuse to let them move in if I don't pay for the months I was not even living there.

The person who I had an affair with was also with someone else- he preferred abortion to solve "the problem" I refused- he stood with his 10 long year girlfriend and did not tell her anything. 1 Month later & now he is interested because his girlfriend found out and will leave him only if they child is his. He did not want anything to do with this child i refuse to DNA unless ordered through court. Want to see if its possible for him to give up his rights.

I was arrested at 19 with a pound of marijuana and charged with 4 felony counts of possession. One charge was for the marijuana, one for a medicinal bottle, one for a bong and one for another medicine bottle with a small amount from the pound in it. After going to court my case was dismissed without prejudice and i payed a $1000 fine to the court as well as completing a small course booklet sent to me at home. I am now 21 and determined to enlist in the Army so I am trying to have my case completely dismissed or expunged from my record.I am not sure which I should try for or the process on how?

I was involved with a woman and broke things off, she went and filed an order of protection last year, I wanted to fight it judge said if I did I would lose my gun rights, so it was modified so I could keep my gun and rights. That expired last year in July 2013. Today I was served again with another order of protection, Again all reasons listed are False! And now I have to turn over my gun. How can one fight the order of protection without losing gun, gun rights? How can one fight these false allegations? I don't want anything to do with this woman, She is telling lies to court to get order!
