  • I am renting a 3 bedroom home and i' am having a lot of problems in the home and need repairs done that the agency has not accomplished anything. They sent people out to fix it and nothing has been done i have four small kids in my house and a huge leak in my haul and roof about to cave in. anytime i try to tell them something about it they give me the run around and an attitude what can i do?

I called Thursdayady told me most likely no I e would go check out my ac because according to them 86 degrees was normal inside my house for it being to hot outside.   • I am a PhD student at a private university. My program was sold to me as a 3.5 year program. I started the program in February of 2015 and had a completion date of July 2018. I was behind payments, but want to keep my house expecting to recuperate 5600 $ suing my ex-employer for non paid salaries and commissions as soon as possible .Tenant found out house is going for foreclosure. Notice of foreclosure arrived a month ago from now and tenant made stop payment on a rent check for July ! I am just about of filling for eviction. Does my tenant is in his wright for not paying the rent, because the house is going for foreclosure in 2-3 months ?!What possible actions they can take against me …?

  • Bounced a check to bank not knowing it would bounce at the time. When I did find out it bounced I did not pay right away. Amount $425. I cant pay now because it has gone to court system. At the time I wrote check I did not know it would bounce. Check was from good account. I just did poor bookkeeping. I read law and it says only a crime if I knew it would bounce. I have a plea on the table which will put a misdemeanor on my record. Do I have a defense since I did not know it would bounce?
