I am 21 years old, pregnant and have a 8 month old baby. I pay rent, but have no job and i am receiving food stamps monthly with cash assistance for 3 months. My 3 month period ends this July. I want to apply for monthly cash assistance so my question is : if my baby's father gives me $60 a week would I still need to put him under child support in order to receive cash assistance? i work in the cleaning industry my boss stopped paying us for the time we commute from one job to the other we drive his truck to do work for him we are paid hourly so for the 1 to 3 hours ea. day we are in route to a job we dont receive compensation for our time ? and he also has started putting, what should be a gas allowance on my check but has it described as a reimbrestment and he dont list correct the total of my deduct. in the total deduct column i cant tell if i am paying the taxes on the gas money please help i need to quit if he is not legally abided to pay drive time thank you

if someone has filed an harrassment against myself and they very specifically demanded that i am not allowed at the community pool in the same apt. complex and i was at the pool first then she comes to the pool herself and stays has she herself violated her own order and does said protection become null and void alltogether

My landlord issued a letter in May, stating that that was my 48 hour notice that she would begin showing my apartment to potential tenants. However, she is stating that she can show it from 12:30-7:30pm every day of the week with that notice. Is that legal?
