If a couple is separated and pending completion of a divorce, how may one parent get to see their kids throughout the divorce process if the other parent is denying them access to see the children?

I have 2 children that were born out of wedlock but paternity was established and I am their biological father. The mother of my children placed an order of protection on me but she recently dropped it. Prior to the order of protection we had a mutual custody agreement but it wasn't court ordered. Now that the order o protection is dropped she doesn't want to go back to our original agreement. She won't let me take my children without supervision or let them sleep over. With all this being said does she have the legal right to do this? What are my legal rights for visitation with my kids?

I rent a condo from the owner. The landlord has sent 4 serviceman to fix my 23 year old ac unit that has been non stop leaking on 7/4( now 7/28). Each saying the ac simply needs to be replaced. I have numerous bowls out bc it leaks in different areas. The hallway is a hazard and unsightly . He has come to terms it needs replaced. What time frame am I entitled to have the replacement done timely ? Also is it my responsibility to meet the repairman if the landlord cannot accommodate my work schedule?

If you have had a dui 2yrs ago in Maricopa cty and now have one just issued in Yuma county, Is the one in Maricopa recognized in Yuma County as a first offense or is the dui law state wide and this dui in Yuma county will be a 2nd offense. please help

I put down a $300 deposit for my little dog . And when my lease ended I moved out I asked for my security deposit and I was told the pet deposit was nonrefundable I cannot get it back And he took $300 out of my security deposit because I had let a dumped kitten in front of my house stay in my yard for several weeks and when I moved I took iit with me. I didn’t even waant a kitten I just didn’t want to leave it there for him to do something to it. Is .it lawful for him to do that?

i have a assault - touching with intent to injur charge and managed to miss my court date wich was on wed.Called today and they issued a warrent misdereanor but also have a 500.00 bond how do i take care of tis without going to jail ?????

My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.

My husband was apprehended from ice. And now was charged with reentry. He is sent for removal. How can I stop the removal so he can stay here. And what forms will I need to fill out. My husband has been here for 15years has 5 children went to school here and has all his immediate family here.he also has criminal trespass from 2011 and a marijuana violation from 2007 on his record also this recent one reentry charge.what can I do for him to stop removal and get permission for him to be here legally?????

I'm dealing with an illegal lockout, I reside in a nycha housing with my 83 yr old father and I have 4 people living in my house that's not on the lease. They locked my out from my residence and been taking my dads money, me and my dad are the only 2 that are on the lease.. A friend of mine told me I needed to go to housing court and I did that on 3/6/2015 the judge ruled in my favor, but when one of the occupants that are living in my apartment went and filed a partition against me of an order if protection stating I threatened my father and I can't be in the household.
