Our divorce decree says neither parent owes child support, however, for the entire school year we have not followed the parenting plan. I have majority of the time, as well as, pay for everything i.e. school lunches, etc. Can I modify child support orders

We own a ground floor condo. The condo above us is rented to some very noisy people, including loud repetitious boom-boom "music". Police have been here 4 times. What can we do? When I was 18 I got a class 6 undesignated felony. I did my probation and got off it early. I turned in paperwork to the court to try and get it dropped down and it got denied. I am currently in my second year of ASU and have not been in any trouble. What can I do? I will not be able to get a job.

We've been living with my boyfriends parents and we're paying rent every month. This month we paid rent, then 2 days later we were given the rent money back and told us we have 30 days to find somewhere else to go. Then 2 weeks later they decided to let us stay and are now asking for rent money again for this month. (and we are going into an apartment next month "July") Any advice on what to do would be great!

How do I know if my employer is violating laws against blocking me from serving jury duty? They have paid jury duty time but will not let me take it without extending my contract, a highly undesirable result and something I perceive to be retaliation. Should I obtain counsel for this or am I being overdramatic? Thank you!
