The roommates have not paid rent for the past two months and are running up a bill that I can no longer afford. My son is in a job training program hoping to finish with experience to support himself. I am concerned that the roommates are trashing the apartment and take my belongings. how do I evict them? they are not on the lease, refuse to be on the lease and are 19& 22 yrsol

  • City did work at my mom & dads 10teaes ago and they broke their sewer line they repaired it and they have had problems ever cents this past month they had a plumber come out and dig it up and they charge them $5000 shouldn't the city still be obligated because they're the ones that broke the sewer line in the first place to get it repaired again or to replace line if they didn't do the gas project they wouldn't have this problem
  • I was at work and there were two people in my home without my consent and one of them had a warrant, and the other person answered the door and allowed cops to come inside without a warrant and found guy with warrant in my bedroom. They then said they found drug paraphernalia in plain view. They arrested me later in the week and charged me with paraphernalia. What rights did cops have and what should I do?
