QUESTIONS

  • We just moved in a month ago to our first apt and we have a pitbull and boxer mix and we disclosed that info on day one. The lady we talked to the first day said it wouldnt be a problem and the just put in boxer for the breed. Fastforward to a day ago we get a notice saying that there was a complaint that we had a pitbull and they are not allowed at my apt complex. I went to the office sayong there was clearly a mistake but no she gave me a ten day notice to get rid of my dog or give 30 days notice of us wanting to move out. I read over the lease agreement and the pet addendum and there is nothing about breed restrictions or pitbulls. Who is in the wrong and where do I stand legally?

Even if neither person had lived in Arizona for the past 11 yrs? Parent filing at the time was stationed overseas, but has since moved back to the states. The other parent (who has the children) resides in Kentucky, but at the time was not a legal resident of Kentucky.

If i placed an order of protection how will that work if my ex the father lives with her? I'm at a total loss.
  • I recently moved into a apartment on 3/9/2018, after being fully moved in by 430pm on 3/09/18. by 1230am i observed that the apt just leased to me less than 10hours ago was infested with bed bugs. i provided a written notification by email informing the management of my findings and ask for it be taken care of asap. owners refused to pay for a hotel while waiting for treatment. once treatment was finished it took another 3-4days to replaced the tile and shampoo the carpet. as of today i still have a bed bug problem.. what can i do about this. its clear the apt had this before i moved in. help!
