I am going to take my children to San Diego for a couple of days. Do I have to ask their mother/ for permission. We reside in AZ and we have joint legal custody but I am the primary custodian with her visitations only being every other weekend and tuesdays and thursdays 3.30pm-7.30pm. This trip will not interfere with her visitation nor does it say anywhere on the decree about vacations Her visitation schedule does not change during breaks either. It is same all year round. Please advise. Thanks.

after being arrested about 10 years ago, the attorneys office denied the case from the arresting department due to lack of evidence. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT SAME UNIT FOR THREE YEARS. ALWAYS I PAY MY RENT ON TIME CAUSE NO TROUBLE TO STAFF OR OTHER RESIDENTS, HARDLY ANY MAINTENANCE REQUIRED IN MY UNIT BECAUSE I RESPECT OTHERS’ PROPERTY. SO, BECAUSE HUD HAS CHOSEN TO TRY AND GET A BUNCH OF PROPERTIES REFINANCED AND SWITCH TO A CONFUSING TAX CREDIT - OR PROJECT-BASED SYSTEM, I AM NOW BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOW NEED TO ‘earn’ 3X my current income = 3X $851.00 a month. I am VLI, formerly homeless briefly, compliant with my treatment every day since 2013 etc. I want to be grandfathered in terminable for cause only again.

Four people in household. One roommate has a severe drinking problem that is a safety concern (mostly because they tend to stumble into things) that is becoming expensive. The rest of us have told them repeatedly to stop drinking and not bring alcohol into the household, and they're doing it anyway. All four of us are on the lease, and all four of us contribute to bills and rent. What are our options for removing our roommate who won't stop drinking, and does anyone have suggestions for some kind of service we can send them to for professional help?

My wife passed and she had a Capital one account with $2381.00 in a account. I have tried to transfer monies to my account and also hired a attorney to draft a letter to release funds and they refuse to send they said I need to go through probate. I paid off her car and sold home but this account is still open and Capital one will not release money.
