My girlfriend and I allowed her brother (a 300lb man) to crash with us after he got evicted. After about 2 1/2 weeks we realized this was a terrible idea and told him he needed to leave. He packed most of his things and left but took some things that didn't belong to him. Upon him returning for the last if his stuff, we told him he was not allowed to enter the premises and we would bring him his stuff. He got mad and tried to force his way into the house and my girlfriend fought him off. She got arrested for"hitting" him. Isn't this still a form of self defense considering he doesn't live here

My 18 year old daughter, who has been on her own for 1 1/2 years since I became disabled, just signed up for beauty school and they want my information for a loan and I receive ssi. Am I obligated to sign papers for her to get a loan?

I don't know if you can help us or maybe direct us to someone who can. KayKay Properties took over as managers of our apartment building. This is not an assisted living facility, but regular low income senior apartments. I am one of the original tenant and the other original tenants and we have gone through several managers. But this company has come in and is trying to dictate to us, change rules that make so sense and threaten with evictions. We have been told that none of our grandchildren under the age of 18 can spend the night with us anymore, if they do, we will be evicted. If someone is on medical marijuana they can't smoke it in their apartment, they have to leave the building and smoke in the parking lot. If they smoke in the building they will be evicted. We can't go to check out mail in our robes, if we do we will be evicted. They will spray for roaches, but we have to count the number of dead ones, and if they have to spray again we have to pay for it. If we don't pay for the exterminator, we will be evicted. If any of us are ill and need family or friends to help us, we have to let management know who they are, where they work and how much they make, if not...you guessed it, we will be evicted. I own a mobile home and rent out the space. I had come to an oral agreement with a family member for him to rent out one of the rooms within my mobile home because he was going through a hard time in 2016. Recently, he has gotten out of control (Alcohol & Drug abuse) and I fear for my safety and want him out. Can I call law enforcement to remove him after the 30 Day Notice has expire? What is the proper way to provide a 30 Day Notice? Does this document need to be notarized and mailed? or can I just post it on his door? I want to do things right and get this over with. Current Parenting time/custody that is filed with the court from 2006 is 50/50. My ex moved to CA 4 years ago and my son went with him so at the time we did a document stating my son would live in CA and my ex would have custody of him.(this document was not filed with the courts) My ex has moved back to AZ and my son wants to go back to the original parenting plan and custody arrangement. My ex wont let him and states that the notarized document states he has full custody and only can see me every other weekend. Is this notarized document legal or is he illegally withholding my son from me?
