My boyfriend had a FTA warrant issued for his arrest for a charge of unlaw flight from law enf VEH and was in a motocycle accident this morning, critical. I have been trying all day to find out which location to check on health status. Im being told that he isnt listed due to being in custody. Im a wreck worrying if he made it or not, how can I get that information. and can he be bailed out if still at hospital?

I was charged almost 500 dollars in water usage, but the landlord does not want to have someone come check the meter that is owed by them and is also charging a service fee on top of the water bill every month, and I was told by that they are not supposed to be making money of the water they are only supposed to charge what the city charges them and not make a profit out of it. Is it true they can't make a profit and how can I proceed legally on my 500 dollar water charge if I know I don't have any leaks that could originate that 500 dollar charge?

I am considering remarriage. I am a widow & receive widows SS benefits. I also work full time, own my own home(mortgage on it) vehicle(no lien) savings. I just found out my fiancee(age 64) has not paid income taxes since the 1970's(Tea Party does not believe in paying) the IRS has seized his SS benefit. He has no savings & little income(electrician works for himself). Says he plans on filing a lawsuit against the IRS for his SS. How would this situation affect me if we were to marry? He can also take his union retirement anytime, would the IRS sieze this also? Can they lien any of my SS benefits and/or put lien on my house if we were to marry? I feel they could, he says no that if we did a prenuptial agreement, would be fine. I disagree, the IRS could care less about it. I am not going to marry him regardless but would like to be better informed. Thank you

After I moved into my apartment, I found that when it rained hard, my closet had water coming in on the floor and my window was no sealed properly. They say they are working on getting bids but it has been 3 months and no repairs. i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars. I thought since domestic vioelnece i was able to leave according to 33-318.
