My son is presently in the military and his girlfriend told him she is pregnant but does not want the child but that he may raise the child. He wants to know what he must do to keep sole custody of the child and have her relinquish her rights?

My father has become unable to live independently. He has no estate, nothing of value-only his 1440 SS monthly income. He has 7000$ in credit card debt as well as 4000$ in medical bills. I am looking into placing him in an assisted living or nursing home as it's too difficult for us as a family. My question is -how do I absolve his debt? Chase calls MY home phone daily-despite my discussing the situation with them, as well as the medical bill.

I obtained an order of protection 3 days ago and attempted to use it to terminate my lease with the apartment manager. They told me they will have to review the order and that the order has to be served in order to be used as evidence of DV. How long do I have to wait for the apartment complex to fulfill my request? I am living at an apartment in Tucson, AZ. The a/c went out over two weeks ago and since then it has been 93+ degree's in my apartment. I have tried calling management but there is nothing they can do for another week. I have asked if substitute housing is available and they have denied. Is there anything I can do?

I live in a complex that has no steps just a dirt hill to my apt. I took a severe slip and fall, the mngt. says it's my fault and I cannot deal with them any farther. I have had lose of work and definate pain and suffering. I have med.records to prove.
