  • My air conditioning stopped working Friday night and I am being told that because it is not more than 81 degrees outside it is not considered an emergency, they also stated they don’t know how long it will be until they fix it because of the Coronavirus. How long do they have before they have to fix my air conditioner? I have 2 children and it’s very hot inside my home this is not okay.
  • At my current job I began outside, when my asthma began effecting me we moved inside to another position in a building where it did not make my asthma any better. Finally they moved me to a position where my health wasnt compromised, a month ago they gave me the option to go back to the two previous position that effected my health when I explained that my health was in jeopardy they kept insisting the same two positions stating they needed people their. Can I file a lawsuit for them forcing me into a threatening position?
  • I let a friend of mine live in my house rent free for about 7 months after she had a baby. I babysat and cared for the child while she worked and never charged her any money for childcare. After 7 months, she moved out but left most of her personal belongings in my house. It has now been 8 months since she left. How long does the law state that she has to come back and claim her belongings before her property is considered abandoned. And then do I legally take ownership of her property? I have also loaned her money which she has not paid back yet. Please advise. Thank you.

  • How do I contact the az legal help people? I filled out an online application but have been ignored. I have a judgement and part of that is for specific performance /forfeiture of my residence back to me after 3 years of no payments.
