I signed a year lease starting in 2-1-12. In December of 2012. The landlord asked if I would like a new lease. I verbally agreed to 6 months. He said he would email me the new lease. He hasn't yet and I am second guessing staying. My lease is over at the end of Feb. Can I still give 30 days if no new lease has been signed yet?

I served in the USMC for 3 years mostly as a reservist. Due to my mental health disability i was discharged with an 'other than honourable' discharge. I have meritorious commendation letters from my service before my discharge.

We are schedule to move out on 1/31/08. Landlord has offer to have a mock walk thru on 1/24 to let us know of anything she notices that would need fixing. We are then having the final walkthru on 1/31/08. She may not catch all items until after 2/1/08 when she is cleaning, etc. Is this true that she can go back after our final walkthru and find things without us being there and after the fact?
