QUESTIONS

  • Is there a law that protects the renter of a mobile home space from eviction from eviction if the renter is medically incapable of paying rent?
  • Can I be charged rent for the months following eviction until the property ha been rented out the original lease end date?
  • I did a quick walk thru of our trailer. Was rushed so couldn't fully inspect. Found mold. Told office about it and they help to get rid of it. They were told about my husbands health issues. Was told the place was renovated and the roof was replaced when we signed the lease. Recently found out we were lied to. Roof was leaking in spots inside trailer. Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof. Been 2 months with mold, and still nothing. Help please. Thanks

So I called there was no answer so I left a message. I was going theu security around 940 am. And hit the court room floor about 943, 944am, court was scheduled for 930am. As I was approching I seen the opposing party walking out , the bailiff locking the door behind them. Extremely rude, as the first time we met, she replied, to questions I asked, "get a lawyer, you will get some thing in the mail. I can file an appeal right?

  • our daughter is 25 yrs of age, she's permanently disabled, the dept of DDD has asked us if we are legal guardians for her, we have a conservative ship superior court order from the state of California, but we have been told that is not recognized in Arizona, so we have elected to file for a guardianship of her in this state since we reside here permanently. I'm permanently disabled as well and on fixed income which means I can't afford legal fees anymore. We need help filing our documents with the courts with all the necessary paper work the first time minimizing travel for health reasons
  • We rent a home through a property manager. We received a fine from the HOA regarding my husbands work truck. This rule is in a design builds document that we never received or agreed to at move in. We are refusing the fees and think this should void our lease since we only signed the CC&r's and the rules and regs. We weren't told about this and never would have rented a house that didn't allow a work truck. Anything I can do from here?
  • I am the manager of an RV park, I have several tenants who are past due on their rent and utilities. What action can I take to have them remove their trailer and vacate the park? They have been asked to vacate, but they do not. As far as I'm concerned they are trespassing. I also would like to lock the electricity because they have not paid their electric in months and I'm having to pay APS for their usage.
