What should my letter say when I'm restoring rights to posses or own firearms?

My husband and I are renting a home from an out of state owner. The property is managed by a property manager. We replaced the hallway carpet in February due to our pet rearing it up. Per our pet agreement it was our responsibility. 1 week later a hose under our hallway bathroom but and caused it to flood. Damaging the tile floor in the kitchen. Now they are trying to say we tampered with the hose and are responsible for half of the bill, inspection and replacement of the carpet. Can they do this?

I am on a fixed income. we need to setup a will or trust. My wife is older than I and we want to have our wishes setup in legal order for our benefactors. We have grown children from previous marriages. Since AZ is a survivor right state, God forbid, if something were to happen to us both, we want legal docs in place for the kids to be governed by. How can we proceed in setting this legal process in motion?

How can I defend myself professionally on a Summons that was delivered to me?It states on there I have within 20 days to defend myself. And its states that i pay for the filing fee. Do I have to pay it?

my apartment complex has all expired fire extinguishers. are they in violation?

We just bought a home in Arizona. I am a 100% disabled veteran living in a hot box for the past 5 weeks.We had an inspection done before and everything was fine. We have been in the house for 5 weeks and have had a different air conditioning repair person here more than 5 times with a different reason each time. Now we have flooring from the kitchen, entry way, and laundry room that needs to be replaced because of water damage from the air conditioner. Do we have any recourse against the home inspector? I called her and she said she would refund the inspection fee, but it wasn't her responsibility for the repairs now. Every penny we have went to purchase this house and we bought a home warranty so we wouldn't have to worry about problems. The warranty company of course claiming pre-existing conditions for things, so we have to fight to get some of the costs covered with them. Is there any help for us?

Can I file for bankrupsy if I face forclosure?

my boyfriends mother has had gaurdianship of our daughter for about two years. what are our rights as her parents??? also she wont even lets us be alone with her??? my fiencee and i are well established with jobs and a nice apartment. what can we do??? please help!!! thank you

My daughter is 17 and pregnant the baby's father is also 17 but his parents are refusing to let him attend any baby appointments or be a part of the child's birth. The baby is due in March and he wont be 18 until May. What can he do legally? He doesn't want to miss out on his child until he is 18.

I have had my elderly parents living with me for the last 2.5 years. We have had to buy a larger house to accommodate them plus our children. How much of the household expenses (mortgage, utilities, food, etc.) can they contribute to (they have IRA's and social security) without a tax problem for me. I do not claim them as dependents on my taxes.
