QUESTIONS

  • I retired in January of last year (2016). My former employer is using my photo in his yellow pages and internet advertising WITHOUT my permission. what type of attorney do I contact? I wish to sue for monetary damages if possible and to stop him from using my photo and name in these ads. I gave him over 20 years of full time service, and the first time I actually took my full vacation time (3 weeks), he called me (during week 2)and told me he only wants to use me part time after my vacation was up.

There are black bees and the regular bees coming inside the house since I moved in They have no sprayed for bugs like they said. • I was living with my ex boyfriend and I left my belongings over at his place and now my ex says I can't get my things until I pay him for a phone bill that he said was a gift and that I didn't have to worry about paying for the phone services. • I am concerned that my landlord did not follow the law in the Landlord Tenant Act (section 33-1321) concerning Landlord Obligations for security deposits. The law says “Within 14 days after termination of tenancy…the tenant shall be provided an itemized list of all deductions…” I received an itemized list of repairs within 14 days but there were no dollar amounts showing what would be deducted from my deposit. 54 days later, they provided an itemized list with deductions. The law does not say only provide an itemized list of repairs. The law says provide an itemized list of repairs WITH deductions. Since they did not provide the dollar amount of deductions within 14 days, did they violate the law? If yes, what do I do?
  • Both parents share 50/50 custody but one of the parents resides in a different state. The parent that lives in Arizona is awarded all Holiday Breaks, including spring and summer break and the other parent has the child for school year. Due to the COVID19 both parents do travel to/from set location agreed upon from the court. Now when its time for parent in AZ to exercise their parenting time, what can be done? Will the parenting time be voided due to one parent lives in another state? If the parent can't come with compromise, what should be done if Parent in AZ wants to exercise parenting time

Although her daughter has already been living here for 6 months they say I need guardianship of the child and need it by the next day or they will have no choice but to take guardianship of her while they say she can still live with me. My question is would it be easier to get the child's mother (and legal ) to sign over guardianship or to go through the courts which is going to cost me 350$ and will take weeks to get a court date?
