  • Signed a contract with vacation club & they breached it in my opinion.I wanted $ back right away but have gotten runaround.I have been trying to end it since the first week, & now it's 2 1/2 months & no luck. I have documented everything; do I have any rights in this scam?
  • In my lease it states I have to provide 30 days written notice (email will comply). My landlord told me I have to give notice for the full rent cycle and is trying to tell me we are obligated to pay another full moths rent. Do I have to give 30 days notice, or a full rent cycle notice? My intention is to move after the 1st of the next month but prior to month ending. Can I do so and provide a pro-rated amount of rent to my landlord or do I have to be out by the 1st?

  • My landlord seems to be blowing off some of my repair improvement requests on the house I'm renting. When we moved in, we noticed the irrigation system needed repairing, but the property mgmt. company said the landlord would not repair it, and to use an above ground sprinkler, which we did. One of the conditions on the option to renew states: "The tenant shall maintain the landscape irrigation system, including the automatic timer, in good working condition and make any needed repairs at their sole expense." Isn't this forcing us to repair the irrigation system was never worked right? Ideas?
  • I have been renting this house for 9 months now and within the nine months the sewage lines have backed up bringing feces up through the showers bathtub toilets sinks and in the front yard. Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?

My new boyfriend was always at are house with us and our son. Now he's harmful?The mediator decided we can't live together until a hearing. So he asked to modify it a week later now, he can't even be in public with him. What do I do?
