  • When can I give my 30 day notice if I'm on a month to month agreement?
  • My brother was charged and served 10 years in prison for recieving and selling stolen property in MI. He moved to AZ to find a job 2 months ago and he is looking forward to going back to school to become a paralegal. Will he be able to become a paralegal and he can he become a lawyer? He has no record in AZ nor any other state. Any advice is helpful. Thanks!
  • I was an approved tenant along with my boyfriend and son in my boyfriends moms 55+ mobile home. We didnt have a written agreement with her or lease but were paying her $600 a month. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation.She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted
  • A recent partial flood due to a roof leak caused by pigeon feces and nesting on the roof. Birds were also living in the attic. Sewer roaches also infested the attic drawn to waste and moisture present in the attic. With hazardous exposure and health concerns, is this the responsibility of the owner? They are communicating I should have recognized or smelled the nesting and feces and reported it before the problem developed. I requested they order an air quality test due to my asthmatic children and my concern of something in the air about a year ago. They have no record of it?

I stayed with my husband for the sake of my son, my husband has been arrested any times and the police and CPS have been called by myself and my 14yr old son. I purchased gun and have a concealed carry permit. He came at me last week and I shot him twice to keep him from killing me. Now I have been charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault. I do not have the resources to defend myself. I am out o bail for now but do not have the balance of my bond. I need help asap. Thank you.
