  • If my ex gets married and has another child in that marriage, can he request to lower his child support payments because he has another child to take care of?
  • What is considered "reasonable heating and cooling"? ie. if the heater breaks in the winter, what temperature is considered a point that a unit must be repaired immediately? Also, in the summer, if the AC unit malfunctions, at what temp. is it considered an emergency to fix the unit?

  • I just appealed Social Security's decision to deny my survivor's benefits,which were denied, again! The Social Security laws have recently been changed to let divorced,disabled widows have the same laws,which were worded differently before my case was heard!
