  • Can I charge a separate Appliance Deposit apart from the 1.5 Security Deposit. And,or could I require rent to be paid 2 months in advance?
  • My sister in law came to stay with us from CA because we didn't want her to be homeless....we allowed her to stay here so that she could have time to get a job and find a place for herself. She is not on the lease and doesn't pay rent nor has there ever been rent spoken of because this was supposed to be temporary. She did have her mail forwarded to herself her. Since moving in we have found out she is actively using street drugs and is not making efforts to help herself and has become increasingly hostile and verbally abusive. Can she still be removed as a guest...the police said no. Help.

Now she has passed and has several thousand dollars in debt and the house and contents need to sold ASAP and he won't leave, how do I get him out and how long will this take?   • My mother rented a place on a month to month basis, signed a lease, paid a $600 deposit, and was asked to give a 30 day notice when she planned to move out. She moved in 11/1/2017. On 11/14 she went to the ER and was admitted to the hospital because we found out she had a spinal cord tumor. On 11/20 she transferred to inpatient Hospice and died there on 11/22. Her things were moved out and the place was immaculately cleaned on 11/26. Her landlady knew she wouldn't be returning as early as 11/18. Is she obligated to return the full $600 deposit even though a 30 day notice wasn't given?

  • There is a huge tree between my trailer & next door. It was here when I bought trailer. I am told the tree is my responsible, but it is on the trailer courts land. The tree sheds leaves like crazy & we were just informed that it is up to us to rack and throw in trash. We have maintenance here & they do nothing, but ride the little cars the trailer court supplys.What I need to know is it my responsabilty, to rack. I am 64yrs.and not in that good health.   • I was arrested for driving on a suspended license nov. 2014. They just filled charges on 8-2015. I was taken to the station where he was going to cite and release me. He started to search my purse in which he found dangerous drugs. I did not know it was in my purse. but where he found it went beyond just frisking. Is this correct procdure when being arrested on a traffic violation?

The damn things are dropping through our ceiling and our porch literally is falling apart. What can we do now?
