i am disabled 65 yr old male under eviction as a result of my dog biting a tresspasser. how much time in hours do ihave to remove my personal items during the 21 day time frame allotted me by the landlord before removal by said landlord?

I have been living with this man for the last month and now we are broke up and he is withholding my mail could i get arrested for entering the home through the window? because he won't let me in .and he will not give me my mail.

the irs has taken approximately $40,000.00 from my social security checks over the past 6 years without ever notifying me as to why they are doing so. i thought i had a right to know why and where the money was going. i am now unable to work to survive and desperately need the full benefit to which i am entitled. do i not have a right to know what is going on with my money?

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

My 85 year old mother passed away suddenly on May 25. 2013. She had a lease and a security deposit of $200.00. The apartment complex has suddenly (after 3 months of attempting to get it returned after perfect walk through results) decided that I am not able to get any security deposit. Also, refuse to return my extra monies paid to stay for 14 days to remove my mother's items. I was assured that all of the money would be returned to me but now that they have a new owner, they state that they will not return any of the money that they agreed to return to me. AZ law states that they were to notify me within 14 days if any problems with refund with her security deposit or they have to pay double the amount back. Is this applicable in this case? I have continuously attempted to contact them regarding this issue and I finally got a bunch of passing the blame answers and this is three months late.

Through my divorce my ex new how to take advantage of my situation which was my drug abuse issue she her attorney and the judge knew I was high on heroin and meth through the whole divorce I did lie when asked at court if I was high but everyone knew it. I am now clean 85 days and realized how bad I have been taken advance of . All my money my belongings were taken by her as she had an order of protection she had a high dollar attorney and got screwed. Az law states if I were under the influence then the divorce is not valid is this true??!
