  • My daughter left the house and been gone for almost a month now. I know where she is and call her everyday, but she wont answer only txt me saying she don't have to listen or answer to me. She says she is home. I already look like a bad parent letting her be gone that long and feel like i failed as a parent. The friend she stays at i barely know and her mom allows my daughter to be there without even wondering or try to communicate with me. She brought her home a few times that i know of to pick up clothes. What can i do? I want her home.

The judge seems to believe that its best for the child to go back with her. His ex wife has already told him she will be leaving in ten days and he will never see his son again.
