  • I have a domestic violence charge against me and although I had it set aside, I still can not get a job in AZ. I need to know how long this conviction, which is a misdemeanor, stays on my record?
  • Can I move out of state with my 7 year old son? I was never married to his father and he doesn’t pay me monies for my son’s support. The father has been in jail for violating probation for drug use.
  • I am my sisters gaurdian and She just graduated and from high school and she feels that she grown and doesn't want to put anymore strain on me. Which we had an agreement, saying once she graduated she can move out. So does she need any papers say she can make it on her own.

  • My landlord added a line in my lease that he can charge me for maintenance calls. I believed this to be for damage to the property that was our fault. After moving in we noticed a huge leek under the sink that was flooding onto the floor He charged us $75 for reporting the problem to him Then there was no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Again he charged me $75. Is this legal? Isn’t it the landlords responsibility to maintain good plumbing? Do I really have to pay for him to repair someone else’s house?

She will need to default b/c she can no longer afford the payment. Will the bank come after me to pay the loan even though I did not co-sign on the loan? It is the same bank that I had a joint account with. it is the bank I do all my bank business with in conjunction with my husband?

I found out my husband is being unfaithful and I want a separation but he won't agree to one, so I'd like a divorce. Is there a way I can get him to leave our home we own while I'm dealing with finding an attorney and filing? He won't be happy/nice if he knows. He won't let me let me leave with the kids.
