I need to know the statistics for domestic violence in yuma arizona

I moved out of a rental home on 10/16/15 but was made to pay for the entire month of October. Did the 14 days for returning my deposit start on 10/16 or 10/31? Also, 14 days since both days has passed and I'd like to file a claim in Small Claims Court but I moved out of state. Are there options for out of state former tenants or must I travel back to Arizona? Thank you.

As a tenant of a home there are several repairs that are needed on the home from the beginning all but two repairs re listed on the move-in-inspection report and submitted now after a 10 months still no repair what is my next step.

in 2013 I was paper arrested. I was charged with theft of a personal cell phone valued at 500 dollars. The state picked up the charges and after 9 months dropped the charge. 3 months later they refilled and again i plead not guilty and in april 2014 they dropped the charges again but its without prejudice again. How do I get it changed to with prejudice?

My neighbor is restoring his classic car. There is grinding and hammering. Can he be fined for doing this work in his garage making the grinding and pounding noise? I was told as long as he stops by 8pm its ok what is the truth on this. I can't hear it inside but can when in my backyard at the pool . This is in the 85032 zip

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I was out on deployment when my vehicles safety inspection sticker expired and my truck got towed from my parking spot at home and was impounded. I never missed a payment and could not afford to pay the impound cost when i returned home from deployment and Navy Federal credit Union would do nothing to help me get my vehicle back. That was back in 2009 i believe, and Navy Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect the remaining $7000 on the loan from me which i do not have and have never had. i do not even have a job right now. What can be done about this? i feel cheated!
