  • My boyfriend and I had our daughter in the state of colorado. We hyphenated her last name, now that we are married we want to change her name to his last name. Do we still have to go to court for that?
  • I paid rent late. Landlord started eviction process. On day of court I didn't know I had to go instead I went to the bank and paid rent, lates fees, court costs, attny fees put into landlords bank account. But as I was not at court judgement was issued. Moved out the end of the month paid in fulleverything But the judgements are stillon my record. HOW DO I GET A JUDGEMENT REMOVED?

  • I leased my home using a legit lease form accepted one months down for a security down. They stayed for 5 months, lived there for 2 months without paying rent before they dissapeared and trashed the home, we had to pay $2500.00 in repairs and I have not been able to re-rent the place still for 2 months. It was a 2 year signed lease. Will I have a chance to win if I take them to small claims court? I know where one of them work. Thanks Jim
  • My husband and I have been separated for 7 months, I have our 3 year old son with me in Arizona with family and my husband stayed in our home in Colorado. He hasn't seen or attempted to see our son and speaks on the phone with him MAYBE once a month, he hasn't supported him financially this whole time even though he has a steady job. My contact information has remained the same this whole time as well. I have never denied him access to our son he chooses not to contact him would his actions be considered a form of abandonment

They agreed it was unfair but could not help me because we didn't have over 16 employees in the office.(only 9) They suggested I contact an attorney, however when contacting those on the list I was given they all wanted a consultation fee of 300. or more. Is there an attorney I would talk to just to see what my rights are at no charge. I am still un-employed after 6 months!

Could you tell me how to dissolve his rights as father so that my current husband can make them his kids since that is who they call dad. I also want his rights taken away because if anything were to happen to me I don't want him to be able to come in and take them because they wouldn't know him or feel safe with him because of past events.
