  • If a relative has lived in your home for than a year and domedtic violence was involved, do i have to give her notice before I get rid of her belongings
  • I am going to have a son anyday now. The mother wanted to put him up for adoption but I talked her out of it. She wants to give me full custody of him, being that she's only 17, and in high-school, she wouldn't have time to raise him. How do I ensure I get full custody?
  • I bought a home in Jan and on the MLS it said the house was 1819 sq. ft. When I contacted the city to find out about permits to do inprovements on the home I was told that the sq. ft is only 550 sq ft. I did not notices this on the deed as I was i first time home buyer and had ask that everyone involed walk me through the prosscess. Now I am told I can be fined and made to bring the additions up to code. I have sunk everything I have in this home
  • Apartment has had leaks for years so stated. I moved in Dec. 2011. Leaks have been never ending when it does rain. Mgmt. company is likely to be fed up with me in complaints, and ask me to move. Is there anything to be done this side of making it worse for both of us?

Do I have any kind of legal visitation rights ?

On my porch next to my front door. She serves me for days later with a notice to terminate lease agreement due to material non-compliance. If there's nothing in the least stating I can't use a kiddie pool. Is this document legal?
