My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? Does an apartment complex have to provide window screens to the top floor apartments. I asked management and they said they would not provide them and also that I was not permitted to buy and install them myself. This is a safety issue as I have an 8 year old daughter and bees and just recently a hawk flew into my apartment. Also, it's a high second floor apartment and the windows go below waist level, so a child can fall out pretty easily. What are my options?

Every year during monsoon season, my lot I rent is under 8 inches of water to include my AC, 2 sheds and part of my mobile home. Even though renting a sump pump would have easily resolved the issue, they refused to help. Now I have wood rot to both sheds and one support pillar sank. I'm unsure about any AC damage. I am a single mother and caretaker for my 92 year old grandfather. He is stable but declining rapidly. I am about to put him on home Hospice care. My lease is about to expire (at the end of June) and my landlord gave me very short notice that they are not renewing my lease and want me out. I'm afraid that a move right now would destabilize my grandfather and will lead to his death soon after a move. It is very difficult for me because we are low income and finding a place and moving in four weeks will be very difficult. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
