My employer offers IFMLA and FMLA for medical reasons I exhausted the fmla and returned to work. How does the policy impact those who have been employees already for 4plus years who may need IFMLA when they return. My medical issue is still present but the company advised I have to be working again for 12 month 1250 hours before becoming eligible is this correct? I have read other employer policies and do not see where they roll back to the original date of the first leave request.

What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise

I live in a apartment complex. My brother has informed the maintence via voicemail previously that there was something leaking in the bathroom. This was about April. They have not done anything or put an effort to fix the mold- that was caused, I'm assuming, due to the leak spreading on the floor.  It is now black and the walls have softened. I was evicted from my apartment on November 3rd, 2016. I received a five day notice and stupidly and irresponsibly believed my boyfriend when he told me that he went to the office and paid it. However I never received a Court summons by a servitor and never received any certified mail. I went to the office to get copies of the paperwork and all she gave me was a copy of the eviction action and the writ of restitution. Can they evict me without notifying me of the court date?

My landlord is withholding all of my security deposit for strange charges I did not know were acceptable. She is charging us for external AC cleaning($350),grass replacement($320),interior paint($880), we filled any holes we made with pictures, we always changed our filter on time, and we had a hired landscaper, how are these items the tenants responsibility and is she allowed to charge us for items that we did not damage, but should be considered wear and tear?
