  • Is it legal for creditors to obtain garnishments from a consumer's bank account?
  • We are on a month to month lease with 60 notice to vacate. We are actually vacating after 30 days, leaving the house empty (but open to potential new tenants) for the remainder of the terms. Who is responsible for the utilities during that time? I don't want someone to leave a light on and be charged for it after we have turned the property back over the the management company.
  • I move into apt Oct 7, The move in date was set by them month in advance, I been waiting for a apt.   • If a parent is in the military and their legal state of residence is Arizona, and so was the spouses and children at time of filing, wouldn't that give Arizona jurisdiction for child custody? Even if neither person had lived in Arizona for the past 11 yrs? Parent filing at the time was stationed overseas, but has since moved back to the states. The other parent (who has the children) resides in Kentucky, but at the time was not a legal resident of Kentucky.
  • Lived at Board and Care in Dolan Springs. The owner took my monthly check and deposited it in an account without my knowledge and she would not give me any information about what bank this account was in nor the number to the account. When I left her board and care in July she told my hospice RN that she would be closing this account. I have no way to find out if the account existed and if it did has she closed it by now.
