  • I signed a lease that was marked that we would be provided with a washer and dryer. We move in and there is no washer and dryer available. Landlords said washer and dryer are convenience only. All they are doing is apologizing for it but not providing a washer and dryer. It’s marked on the lease! Can they do that?

  • My son is enrolled and attending Kindergarten near my home. Fathers now wants to change his school for first grade for 2017-2018. And my daughter will be attending preschool at the school as well next year and their daycare is also down the street from school and they pick up and drop off children. My son has been at this daycare since he was 2 years old and these children attend his kindergarten class as well. Please let me know what i can do?

  • My landlord gave us more than a 48 hours notice to do a building/maintenance inspection for either the 21st or the 22nd. They showed up on the 23rd and I was told that they already gave me notice and that because it took longer than expected it just rolled over to the next day. I received no notice that it was rolling over to the next day and she even said that she didn't have to give that kind of notice because I got one about them showing up on the 21st and 22nd
  • I retired in January of last year (2016). My former employer is using my photo in his yellow pages and internet advertising WITHOUT my permission. what type of attorney do I contact? I wish to sue for monetary damages if possible and to stop him from using my photo and name in these ads. I gave him over 20 years of full time service, and the first time I actually took my full vacation time (3 weeks), he called me (during week 2)and told me he only wants to use me part time after my vacation was up.
