Trying to sell my mobile home in private rv park, landlord has taken 6 weeks in process of qualifying new tenant. Requiring all sorts of paperwork and credit card statements for past 2 years, new tenant proved high credit rating and no criminal background, finally he said he was thru and withdrew application which made sale of my mobile home cancelled. Meantime I have turned down a few buyers waiting this unreasonable amount of time for approval of a good reasonable buyer. How long is lawful to make a buyer wait for approval into a mobile home park. I fear this will never end.

If someone has been claiming on tax forms another person who is cohabitating with them, who is responsible and for what?

I have a signed lease that states my rent is $680 for my student apt. Before moving in the apartment was changed and the new rent became $50 more per mo. I paid this, but never signed an adendum to the original lease - this is my first apt rental. Do I have any recourse to ask for the $50/mo back (now totaling $250) since the amount was never part of my lease or because I paid it, does it mean implied acceptance and binding. They are charging me a break lease fee and I'm trying to get them to come down on the amount. I feel I was taken advantage of since I'm young.

What is a living will?

There have been issues with the water here at my apartments and due to this we have been having water leak from our fridge and rise up the toilet tub and sinks. The apartments have come out to "clear the pipes" a number of times but there is now water damage to the floor in the kitchen and when they came tp fix the floor they just reglued the fake wood down. What sjould we do?? I have renters insurance but i dont think i should have to pay for their pipes.

Can my landlord tell me I can not have a certain guest because they don't like him. Saying he was rude to them but was not.

I and another coworker have become pregnant, since informing our employer of our current conditions our job responsiblities have changed dramatically, the employer has not treated us with respect and has caused undue stress on us both. Also the employer has denied us time off for doctor's appointments and refuses to work with our current schedules to accommadate our appointments. Where are we covered under the FMLA or are we? We have fewer then 15 employees and we are a non-profit organization.

I have an issue where my wife’s step-dad grabs my daughter with more force then necessary to try to discipline her. I am going to confront him about this and want to know what options I have. If he does not want to comply

why was i denied to be seen at the emergency room in Blythe California when its the closest hospital to me?

my son just turned 18 five months ago, he is currently in the county jail for his very first time with 4 serious criminal felony charges. 1st degree burglary, theft-control property, conspiracy and kidnap. I know my son is innocent.. He met a girl age 17, just four days prior to be arrested, the girl left her backpack in her friends truck, and that is how my son got into this mess. by going with this girl to get her backpack, if the owner of the truck robbed a house right before picking up the girl and my son who knew nothing of the incident, can my son go to prison for these 4 charges??? How serious are these charges?? he was literally, in the wrong place and the wrong time, he was offered a ride from phoenix to mesa and he accepted the ride so he didn't have to take the bus...Please help me
