  • What is request for reconsideration of gun rights?
  • My roommate and I signed a lease together. She moved all of her stuff out, while I was on vacation, yet doesn't want to cancel the lease and continue paying her rent. I am pretty sure she is going to flake out on my lease, which will therefor hurt her and I. What steps do I need to take to get this resolved in regards to suing her.
  • I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?

I had the real father take a DNA test and and even with the results, he wants nothing to do with my son. Can I just have his last name changed to mine?   • I have 3 children and all under the age of 18. I also have sole custody and my ex-husband only has visitation. He is almost $100,000 in back child support.(not sure if it matters) I am moving out of AZ and going to KY in June of this year. My question is; is there a way he can stop me from moving so far, even though the court papers state he willingly gave up his custody? Also, I am not sure who or how I notify the courts(which courts?) of our move or what paperwork to complete.
  • I work for a private Fiducairy Company in AZ. I have a client who is in a year lease at an apartment complex. He ended up in the hospital three weeks ago and his physicians are stating he cannot return home and must be placed in nursing care facility. The Apartment complex is stating he must pay next months rent and a $700.00 fee to break the lease. Are there any provisions or statutes in the Landlord Tenant Act that would help my client. He is on a fixed income and lives on his monthly VA benefits and Social Security. He does not have extra resources to pay for rent at the apartment and pay for a nursing facility too.

I was under the impression that as Arizona was an Employment at will state that you could end employment whenever for any or no reason without any kind of penalty. Am I correct in thinking this?
