The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I live in a Trailer park I own my home but I pay lot rent. The Park raises the lot rent $15.00 dollars every year. I heard they were gonna raise it like 200 dollars more this year. My question is can they do that.

I'm asking this question for my son who is renting a studio apartment. The apartment is infested with roaches which are coming from an a joining unit and now mice. It is a very unhealthy place which the landlord has not fixed the problem. The other tenant has been evicted the the unit has not been emptied and the insects are taking over my sons place making it a health hazard.
