  • My house foreclosed and was sold at auction on 4/4. On 4/5 I spoke with the new owner and he said he would give me until 4/12 to vacate. Today 4/9 I recieved a Forcible Detainer request form in the mail. DO I need to be out by today?

  • I am breaking my lease with 7 months left on it. I told my landlord a week ago and they have yet to post the property on the rental market. How long do they have to do this? I know I am responsible for rent until they find a new tenant but I also know they need to make an effort to find one.
  • I had a friend staying with me to help pay the rent. They left (without paying debt) and left several of their things at my house. I want the things out.
