  • I live in CA and my ex-daughter-in-law (living in Pima County)won't let me have any kind of relationship or communication with my grandchildren.My sons' divorce and custody was in Maricopa and custody was in Maricopa County.In which county do I file a petition in?I've already been given 2 different answers.Is this something that I can do myself, or will I need an attorney?Will my living in CA make a difference?I tried talking to a clerk and she must have been having a bad day, because she was actually quite rude.
  • my daughter is 22 tried leaving her abusive boyfriend has 2 kids. when she was leaving he jummped on the car to prevent her from leaving and then called the cops and said she ran him over. she went to jail. and when she got out he will not give her the kids back said he is keeping them and she cant see them the cops will not hep her get them. said he is on the birth certific and they cant help.week prior he beat her up but fled the scene how can we get her kids back he will not let her see them? please help i want to see my grandkids!

  • We had flooding from recent storm. Walls got wet, carpet got wet, and light fixture not working. Landlord said let dry out and things will be fine. No repairs. Only cut open wall to worst leak and put a dryer in there. No one has come back. That 9/8/14. Today is 9/10/14. Should we give 5 or 10 day notice to fix? It now smells moldy in here, and I have to cook dinner in semi dark. Already frustrated because we have roaches! I have allergies and don't want to be exposed to them or to mold.
  • I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others. The office is open for 3 hours a day while I'm at work, so I stick it in the outside mailbox that is locked. Other tenants have received the same notice and said they also paid. Some tenants are also suing the park for abandonment. What can I do to prevent paying rent twice? Thank you
