  • In AZ what is the grace period for surviving family members to vacate a subsidized apt- Section 8 HUD housing of a deceased parent? . 14 or 21 days? I called HUD and they recommended I ask you as this is for Tucson, AZ
  • How would I locate a will that was made in 1992 for my father that he and two witnesses signed as well as signed and stamped by a notary public there was also one made for my mother identical to his I able to find the original for my mother but only am able to find a copy of my fathers. I need to know if there's any way to locate his since they were both made at the same time. Both of my parents have passed away I only had a copy and was told I would need the ordinal copy to claim it can anyone help? Need info ASAP .any info would be great and a big help.

  • Lived at Board and Care in Dolan Springs. The owner took my monthly check and deposited it in an account without my knowledge and she would not give me any information about what bank this account was in nor the number to the account. When I left her board and care in July she told my hospice RN that she would be closing this account. I have no way to find out if the account existed and if it did has she closed it by now.
  • I rent a room inside a house with no lease month to month payment, the owner of the house lives in the room next to mine but when I'm not home he enters my room and searches my closet and drawers with the excuse of making sure i have no drugs. Also he is always knocking at my room door when I'm asleep to tell me to clean the room. Is that legal? I lock the door and when i come home the door is all the way open. Can i sue for invasion of privacy or what can i do? I'm going to vacate soon but I'm mad about he doing that i feel violated.
  • I live at XXXX apartments and since Friday before 5 pm the apartment building I live in doesn't have running hot water and maintenance to us to wait until monday then Saturday morning we called back they said corporate was working on it and still no hot water and from my understanding they have 24 hours to fix this problem. Most of the tents are essential workers that work weekends and holidays and need to shower for work for example I work at a hospital I need to shower before and after because I dont want to expose my family and baby we pay rent even when theres a crisis world wide.
  • I purchased a mobile home in 55+ almost 2 years ago. I only pay lot rent monthly for lot #46. Today I received an additional email with an additional separate bill of $32 which said "Lot 47 occupied by Unit 46 extra lot fee charge". I was unaware the mh I purchased 2 years ago was on more that 1 lot, nor does any lease agreement or purchase paperwork state anything about my mh sitting on a double lot. This is the first I am hearing of this. Out of the blue they are billing me for a partial additional lot. Can they legally do that after 2 years? Space/Lot #47 is not mentioned anywhere.
