  • I own an live in a condo ando have a roomate that lives with me. I've never had her sign a lease or anything like that. The situation has become very toxic and I need her out. What steps do I need to take?

A week later dealer calls me and ask if could come in a sign some paperwork get there and he tells me that the bank didn't approve financing. He says its because my work history wasnt accurate and that this broke the contract I signed. They refund my down payment and want to force me to spend it with them.What can I do?
