In April of this year My landlord and I made a verbal agreement on renewing my lease, my lease ends July 31st. On July 2nd I gave him a call to ask when I can resign the lease we had verbally agreed to. He then tells me he rented out the apartment that I am living in and can no longer live in that apartment. However, he did offer another apartment $200 more than what I'm paying right now. Also note, I have had several problems with him trying to tow my truck by saying I was taking two parking spots which in reality I wasn't and I took a picture of it. What do I do in this situation.

I was recently in a relationship with a guy who was verbally and emotionally abusive. We were living together for about 3 months and he was always yelling at me and I was getting very scared. After he held me inside our apartment and refused to let me leave I finally got out and moved out. I tried to keep things civil. He moved to out of state but he says he will come back. He calls the house I am staying at several times a day.  He breaks into my emails and talks to my friends. He threatens me and he gets very angry at times and calls me and says he will do stuff to me and he will do stuff to my friends . I was wondering what I could do. I am very stressed out and scared and I feel like it is getting worse and I need a solution. I looked up about an order of protection but Im not sure where to go and how to do it. Id like to stop him from contacting me, my family, and my friends. I feel that he may be emotionally unstable and have issues that could turn to violence. He says he is coming back to Arizona and I just want to protect myself, my family, and my friends.

I am permanent resident came in this country before 2 years, my wife is pregenant.is she eligible for full medical coverage or not

I recently went through a child custody hearing. In the judges ruling, he claimed that I was convicted of Domestic Violence and that I was abusing te legal system by reporting Domestic violence by my ex. I have never been charged but my ex has been 12 times with 5 convictions and 5 other charges dismissed as part of plea agreements. Do I have any recourse against the judge?

My husband was invol in an auto accident and the insurance adjuster thinks it's an open and shut case.He is no help and we'll probably be sued. We ave no money. What do we do? The other party hired a lawyer immediately. What can we do to fight this? We are not admitting guilt but if i goes to trial, what then?

My ex husband came through the drive thru of my work while I was off, said to a coworker that he would pay him to kill me. My co worker told me and my boss about this. The police were notified and they said, " Well youre still standing, I guess if anything happens to you, we will start an investigation." Is this legal?

If in the divorce decree it states a minimum of 2 weekends a month am I able to ask for an additional weekend to be added each month? Is the custodial parent entitled to have the other 2 weekends that my child is not with me if I request that third weekend?

I have 3 kids by the same man and his name is on their birth certificate and we never married. 7 years ago he was convicted of a sexual charge against my daughter and other charges and is in prison until my youngest is 18 years old. Before he sexual violated my daughter I had left him and was in a relationship with the man I’m married to today. My husband has raised my kids as his own for 7 years. Also the biological father was diagnosed as incompetent while he is incarcerated. Can my husband adopt my kids without his consent? So if I die he can raise my kids and not biological dads parents?

In arizona is there a law for cps that a family of four cant live in 2 bedroom apatment and landlord knows about it and said ok. husband,wife 16 old girl and 14 teen old boy the kids have there own rooms and husband and wife sleep on the bed couch in the living room
