Can my landlord change how much I pay rent 3 months after I signed an agreement for a lower amount

I am about to give birth in a week and i was wondering if i am able to put my babys father last name even if hes not gonna be there when i give birth. We are not married and hes from mexico.

My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. I just recently found out the mother of my child let another man sign the birth certificate even though she knew he wasn’t the father. I’ve tried to be in my sons life since he was born but I can only see him on her terms. Now that I found out about this other guy, I can’t see him at all. I also just recently found out that my son lives with this other guy and not his mother. I want to file for custody but I don’t know where to start. I tried to do it before but she ducked and dodged the process server so my case was dropped. What are my options here?

I have a domestic violence charge against me and although I had it set aside, I still can not get a job in AZ. I need to know how long this conviction, which is a misdemeanor, stays on my record?

My home has a lien placed on it from my HOA, my question is, Will the lien ever expire? Can they keep adding interest ? Can I lose my home, over 6000, which mostly are Lawyer fees, this all came about after 2 month late fees, which would be 30.00. When I purchased my trailer there were 4 trees on site. I rent the lot but own the trailer. there is nothing in the agreement that says those trees belong to me and it is my responsibility to remove. By law is it my responsibility?
