  • My girlfriend left me and made a bogus claim to get a restraining order. In the meantime she also took my daughter and i have not seen her in several months. I cannot contact her so how can I see my daughter?
  • I rent a house and the contract will expired on 01/31/2020. On 01/03/2020 I gave the tenants a notice to NOT renew the lease agreement and advised them to have the property vacated by 02/05/2020. The tenants now said they don't wanna moved out because they have been paying the rent and I will caused them changes and stress to their kids... what should I do? I need to sell that house. Am I doing this wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  • I have moved into a home where there is cockroaches. The landlord has been notified via email and has sprayed and bombed the place but the roaches are still here. Also my air conditioner doesn't cool my apartment properly the temperature is usually at 80 or more all day long. He says that this is adequate even though I have 2 fans I bought just to stay cool.   • I work for a mobile home community owner. The local municipality supplies our water. They also are responsible for maintenance of the water distribution system up to and including their meter. We then submeter the water at each individual site for each homeowner. We are also responsible for maintaining the distribution system from the City's meter up to and including the meter on each homeowner's site. Then the homeowner is responsible to maintain the system from the submeter cutoff valve into their home. This is the same with all utilities - gas & electricity. Is this correct?
