  • I live wi my 3 year old son and i have not had hot water for three day. I asked the couple days ago. And still no hot water. Please help.
  • I have an employee that has co-signed for a loan with her son, the son has defaulted and is filing bankruptcy, the lender has not yet contacted her for repayment of the loan. She would like to be ready to do whatever she has to do to make this go away. She doesn't want to file for bankruptcy, but may have to. She is looking for a low cost/free help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  • Can a landlord, as part of the lease, require the tenant to agree to only require 12 hours entry notice? Our new lease includes a provision that acknowledges the appropriate section of the ARS, but does not mention the 'two days' requirement. Quoted here... "Tenant agrees that Landlord, its agents and contractors, shall have the right to enter into the leased premises, or any portion thereof, upon twelve (12) hours oral or written notice to Tenant, for the purpose of inspecting the same or performing such repairs or maintenance as the Landlord deems reasonably necessary.

He owns a home with his wife, but his name is coming off of the house. He's done this to leave some $ to his heirs. His wife will pay the minimums on the credit cards after his death until she sells the house, then gift that money to her daughter. What's the legal ramifications of this after his death to his heirs. There will be no estate.
