QUESTIONS

  • I’m need of biohazard clean up after a very unfortunate accident that look place in our apartment. I’m aware that the cleanup close is somewhat covered through our renters insurance but the cost of cleanup is more then what they want to cover. My question is, I does this not fall on the management to help take care of this??
  • I applied at an apartment complex and they told me I needed to pay a holding fee so they can hold the apartment for me. All I did qawas sign the application and told them i would bring tye holding fee another day so they gave me another form stating all of the fees I was to pay at move in. (You sign that AFTER you pay the holding fee). So a couple days later I went in and cancelled my application and now they're sending me to collection for that holding fee. I asked to be shown the policy on that and all they showed me was a paper saying the amount and next to it "non-refundable".
  • I am an adopted child and i ran away from my adopted parents in april of 2006. i turned 18 in aug. 2006 and now that im 18 i went back and asked for my birth certificate and my social security card but was refused to have it. im trying to get my life on track and i cant get a job with out my social security card, so what should i do.

A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA.   • I live in an RV park where we own our park model. The owner of the park, without anything in writing, is saying “In order to sell any potential buyer must live in the park for 30 days first.” Is this legal? They are causing the sellers to lose buyers because of this unwritten rule. We’ve not been given prior notice or reason why they are doing this. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you.
  • I was married but separated at the time my ex got pregnant by another man. In the state of AZ the husband is presumed the father of any child conceived during wedlock. I am not the father but I also did not respond when child support was established because she told me that she was going to tell the court that I was not the father. My ex and I both know who the father is but she will not cooperate with getting a DNA test done what can I do?
