  • I rented my house and current tenant doesn't want to pay rent I in Washington how can I get her evicted I had wasted all money making mortgage payments my self. I give a power of attorney to my sister for all financial decisions and to represent me in court but didn't validate the eviction order what should I do know?
  • The home I rented went into foreclosure and was sold, unbeknownst to me or to the property management company (manager was not the owner). I made 2 rental payments to the management company during the time between the home being sold and us becoming aware of it. I made a CFK agreement with the new owner and requested my deposit, as well as the 2 rental payments back from the manager. They told me to give them a key and they would return my deposit, even though I made it clear I was not moving out. I returned my key and they refused to return my deposit or payments. Do I have any recourse?

  • I have an almost 6-year-old son; never married; son's father is on his birth certificate and I receive child support, but no written custody order or anything else. (Does that mean paternity has been established, but I by default have legal custody?) Son's father moved out of state a few years ago; we maintain regular contact and do visits when we're able. I would like to move out of state and potentially out of the country for my career.
