The house is under his name and he has a will that divides evrything he owns 50-50 between my sister and me. Now, when he passes away, can my sister still be in the house and assume mortgage payment? If my sister and I want to sell the house after my father's departure, can we do that? If so, how does that work?

Hr brought in an invstigator without telling me and made me answer questions and then I was told I would have to take a polygraph. What are my rights. • I have a trustee sale date on my house 10/10/2013. Have a review for the Dept. of Justice modification still in review. Have had 9+ letter/certificates from (Proper name redacted) , paperwork has been filed with the maricopa County Recorders office as well of Foreclosure listed on my credit report. I am job hunting as well and many employers put in requirements a credit check so this makes it even more difficult for employment. I want to keep my home and receive an "affordable" modification ,not one which is higher than my original payment. Please advise help for me. Thankyou...
  • I was a victim of Domestic Abuse on 3/9/13. I called & also faxed a notice to landlord telling her I was vacating the property on 3/11/13 & told her why & attached copy of Restraining order. Now she won't give me back my deposit because she let my husband move back in & he messed up the place. At the time I gave her notice he was not living there & the keys were returned to her. Since she did not do a walk through on 3-11 and let him move back in, am I still responsible for damages? She said she had 30 days to release me from the lease. Is this true.
  • My AC is not been working properly for eight days now I have been very calm very patient I went down there in tears this morning with my four-month-old baby and beg them to fix it today I came home with yet another note saying that it’s blowing at 52° yet me and my four-month-old are sweating what can I do from this point going forward I cannot continue to live this way we are very uncomfortable and my rent has been paid in full for months
  • My husband may receive IOU's instead of paychecks in the next month or two. Do mortgage companies offer a temporary forebearance on our loan during the time he doesn't receive a paycheck? We are current on our home but will not be able to make payments if he does not receive a paycheck.
