I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

On August 13, 2017 I awoke to find my Apt flooded due to a toilet line leak. It was under water for approx 6 hours. The Manager arranged for draining/cleaning but did not replace the floor (vinyl) or carpet. Just "dried" it. Claims no mold but odor lingers. My question is, it was unlovable for 5 days and no refrigerator for past 7+ days. Requested rent adjustment, but was told "it was your own risk.....can't predict when a flood occurs". Can they refuse to adjust the rent? Will I lose my deposit?

I have a verbal agreement with my father in law to live in his house as long as make all mortgage payments and such. For 4 years I have been on time. I have custody of 2 of my nefews along with my son, who has an autism spectrum disorder. Four days ago constables showed up at my house to evict. This was the first that I had of any proceedings. I was not given a chance to defend myself or anything. I'm quite shook up and today I saw people removing my possessions. What options are available to me?
