  • I have been renting this house for the past 18 months. April 25th a man showed up at the door and said that he is the owner of the house and said that my family and I have 10 days to vacate the house. He had a piece of paper with some other name on it and a different address. He crossed out that name and address and put my name and address. He said that if I can be out in 10 days he would pay $300 for the rental truck. I called the landlord and she said that is the owner and yes he plans on fixing up the house and selling it. I don't know what to do. My daughter and her two special needs
  • Landlord took 45 days to fix mold and pipe repair. Landlord has taken 50+ days to fix a broken microwave. I have not been able to bill clients when I am at the house waiting for contractors. I have calculated almost 40 hours of time acting as her "Property Manager". What can I do?

Every time I call a send a plumber to flush the system the plumber say it is a palm tree that has been there before I moved in has busted the main sewage line. I have five children three that have asthma and I know that it is not safe for them to be in that condition. Is there anything I can do to get them to fix the main line or let me out my lease?
